Online dot-to-dot for toddlers

This is an easy dot-to-dot for preschoolers. Choose Rosy, Lilly, Diggy, Poppy, a star or a pumpkin, then tap the dots in order. The next dot gently glows, and a tap on any other dot simply does nothing. When the last dot is joined, the full picture appears.

Why it helps

Joining dots in order gives children practice at counting in sequence, and at pointing carefully with a finger. Finishing a picture at their own pace is a calm way to practise seeing a small task through to the end.

The ten-dot pictures suit children of about 2 to 4. The twenty-dot pictures are a little longer, for about 4 to 6. Prefer paper? There are printable dot-to-dot pages too.

Questions parents ask

What age is dot-to-dot for?

The ten-dot pictures are made for children of about 2 to 4, and the twenty-dot pictures for about 4 to 6. Every child is different, so start with whichever feels comfortable.

Does it need the internet?

It needs a connection to open the page, because it is not saved for offline use. Nothing is sent to us while your child plays.

Can I limit how long my child plays?

Yes. Press and hold the Grown-ups button for a few seconds to open the grown-ups’ corner and choose a time limit. It is the same limit as in Colour & Sing, and it is kept on your device.
